What people are saying about Kanchanaburi Province

This excursion was amazing. Our guide (Siri) was fabulous and explained things very well but also made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout. The waterfalls were amazing and are a must see when In Kanchanaburi. We walked to level 7 but each way Siri made sure we were fine to continue. And it was worth it as the scenes were amazing. We started early in the morning which definitely helped as by 10.30 it was starting to get busy. We really enjoyed seeing the beauty of all the waterfalls and national park. We then headed off for lunch which was nice and authentic and cheap! The train ride was also great. Amazing views and travelling over such a historic bridge was very humbling. Overall a great trip and glad we booked it.

What an incredible experience! We started off by washing watermelon and bananas for the elephants, loading them into the Ute and hand feeding the elephants. We then went and chopped down some grass/banana trees for the elephants to feed on, helped give them a mud bath and finished in the water with them giving them a scrub down. Lastly, we helped mush up and hand feed an old 79 year old elephant who was unable to eat as she had no teeth. We finished the morning off with a buffet lunch. The care and dedication the staff show to these animals is evident, and all staff were extremely knowledgeable and funny. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a conservationist way to interact and support the elephants.

Great experience to admire the elephants and learn more about them! The staff was very accommodating, provided good information about the elephants in general and also about specific elephants to get to know them better. It was fun to learn to cut the banana trees, mixing food for the older elephants, and being in the water with them! A word of caution: beware of tree branches when you ride in the back of the truck!!

Great solo traveler experience. Highly recommend for a great elephant experience. As others have stated, there wasn't very much time at the waterfalls. I walked to the top and back with a few stops in between for pictures. Felt I had to rush to make it. Adding a little bit more time at the water falls would be nice. My driver, At, was great and very helpful.

Simply one of the best tours I’ve done in my life. If you come to Bangkok you must do this tour. Being among the elephants in their natural habitat, making good for them and bathing with them has made me speechless and grateful for eternity. The erawan waterfall was also a nice addition to the tour. Can’t miss this tour if you come to Bangkok!!
