Spend a day on a private tour exploring the natural and man-made wonders surrounding the city of Athens, including the city of ancient Corinth, the Cave of Lakes, and a cog railway. After pickup from your accommodation in Athens, drive along the mainland coast to Peloponnese, where you’ll have your first short stop at the Corinth Canal, which connects the Gulf of Corinth to the Saronic Gulf in the Aegean Sea. Next, visit the Ancient Market and the Statue of Apostle Paul, walking along the same paths the Apostle walked and preached hundreds of years earlier. Then, visit the commercial town of Corinth and the Apostle Paul Metropolitan Church, founded by the Apostle himself around 51-52 AD.   Afterward, reach Diakofto to take the Cog Railway that goes through Vouraikos Canyon, one of the most beautiful natural sights and most spectacular railway rides in Greece. Your train ride ends in the town of Kalavryta, where your driver will meet you to take you to the mysterious and magnificent Cave of Lakes. Discover this rare creation of nature with 13 small and large lakes, each a different color, formed inside a cave that you can now explore. See the “hanging bridge” the “waterfalls”, and the unique stalactite formations as you get the feeling of being in a floating corridor. Head through an artificial tunnel that leads you directly to the second floor for some awe-inspiring sights.   Finally, stop for a meal in the picturesque village of Kalavrita before heading back to Athens.

Day 1: Corinth - Gog Railway - Kalavryta - Nafplio: After pickup from your hotel in Athens, start the tour with a visit to the Canal of Corinth and the town of Ancient Corinth. Hop on the Cog Railway which links Kalavrita via Vouraikos Canyon, continue the trip to magnificent "Cave of Lakes. Stay overnight in Nafplio. Day 2: Nafplio - Mycenae - Epidaurus: After your breakfast, stroll through the narrow streets of Nafplio full of old mansions. Visit Palamidi castle with its panoramic view, the Theatre of Epidaurus, famous for the breathtaking acoustics, and the ancient town of Mycenae. Stay in the town of Olympia overnight. Day 3: Olympia - Delphi: Visit Ancient the local museum and the site where the first Olympic Games took place in 776 BC. See the ruins of the temple of Zeus, the temple of Hera, the Treasury houses, the Gymnasium, and Palestra. Leaving Ancient Olympia, pass by the bridge of Rion-Antirion and reach Delphi where you will stay overnight. Day 4: Delphi - Meteora: Explore the town of Delphi, the Ancient Oracle, Stadium, Ancient Theatre, and the Museum of Delphi. Delphi is perhaps best known for the oracle at the sanctuary that was dedicated to Apollo during the classical period. Stop at the village of Arachova and then Meteora for an overnight stay. Day 5: Meteora - Athens Explore Meteora and its fantastic scenery of historic monasteries containing priceless historical and religious treasures, standing between earth and sky atop huge rocks. Visit the monastery of Varlaam, Grand Meteoro, or the monastery of St. Stephan depending on the day day of the tour. Stop at Thermopiles before heading to Athens. Day 6: Private Tour of Athens Explore Athens on a private tour. See Panathinaiko Stadium, Zappeion, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, and the Parliament. Visit Mount Lycabettus, the highest point in the city. Visit the Acropolis and Parthenon built during the Golden Age of Pericles and the new Museum of Acropolis. Stroll through the streets of Plaka and taste the famous "Greek Souvlaki." Stay overnight in Athens. Day 7: Athens - Santorini: Transfer in the morning to the port of Piraeus to board the ferry to Santorini. Upon arrival on Santorini, be dropped off at your hotel. Enjoy free time to explore your location. Day 8: Santorini: Sunset Cruise to Volcano with Buffet Enjoy a free morning, with pickup in the afternoon for a sunset cruise to the volcano. Walk to the volcano’s ridge and learn all about its history. Sail to the island of Palea Kameni to enjoy your dinner, followed by a trip to the village of Oia where you can admire the sunset. Then, be dropped off at your hotel. Day 9: Free Day on Santorini Spend a day relaxing at your hotel or spend some time exploring your surroundings at your own leisure. Day 10: Departure from Santorini Airport Transfer from your hotel to Santorini Airport for your flight.

Day 1: From Athens - Corinth - Cave of Lakes - Kalavryta - Journey with Cog Railway: Start your tour with hotel pickup in Athens in the morning and drive along the mainland coast to the Peloponnese. Make your first stop at the Canal of Corinth and continue to Ancient Corinth, a city beloved by Saint Paul. Arrive at Diakofto to take the Cog Railway, which connects Kalavrita with Diakopto through the beautiful Vouraikos Canyon. Arrive in the town of Kalavryta and continue your tour through the mysterious Cave of Lakes. Enjoy a stop for lunch at the picturesque village of Kalavrita. Spend the night in Nafplio. Day 2: Nafplio - Myceane - Epidaurs - Olympia: Start your day with pickup from your hotel and visit either Palamidi Castle or take a boat to visit Bourtzi, the fortress at the entrance of the harbor. Then, depart for Epidaurus and visit the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus, famous for its strong acoustics that are still functional today. Next, visit the ancient town of Mycenae and see its iconic sites, including The Lion Gate, The Cyclopean Walls, the Royal Palace, and the tomb of Agamemnon. Spend the night in Olympia. Day 3: Ancient Olympia - Delphi Depart from your hotel in the morning and visit the archaeological site of Ancient Olympia, where the first Olympic Games took place in 776 B.C., and visit its museum. Leaving Ancient Olympia, cross over the Rion – Antirion Bridge, one of the longest bridges in Europe. Reach Naupactus, a small seaside town, where you can visit the Venetian Castle, the Venetian Port, and after lunch continue to Delphi to spend the night. Day 4: Delphi - Meteora: Start your day with hotel pickup in the morning and visit the museum and archeological site of Delphi, perhaps best known for the oracle at its sanctuary that was dedicated to the god, Apollo. Afterwards, visit the traditional winter village of Arachova for a coffee or lunch break. Depart from Arachova and drive through central Greece to Kalambaka, a small traditional town built at the foot of the majestic Meteora Monasteries. Spend the night in Meteora. Day 5: Meteora - Athens: Depart your hotel in the morning to visit Meteora. Take in the unique scenery of the medieval monasteries, containing priceless historical and religious treasures. Return to Athens passing through the small towns of Domokos, Kamena Vourla, and Thermopiles. Finish up your tour with drop-off at your hotel in Athens in the early evening.
