Wow, I really didn't know what to expect from this wine tour but everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the communication prior to the trip was excellent - it can sometimes be intimidating finding your way to a tour meet up in a foreign country, but they made sure this went very smoothly. Secondly, the guide (Katherine) was energetic, enthusiastic, funny and skilled at brining the group of ~18 travellers together to have fun. I was exhausted coming off a red-eye flight, but the energy was so great that it made me not feel tired at all. The day was jam-packed, but plenty of time to rest on the bus. The wineries were incredible and the lunch probably the best meal I had in all of Georgia. I will do this tour again the next time I return to Tbilisi, which I hope is soon!

The tour was absolutely way more than we expected. It was incredibly organised, well planned and everything we needed. We fell in love with Georgia and this is by far our favourite trip. Our guide was perfect, had loads of stories and made it all the more interesting. He was able to guide us and was very familiar with all the places we went to and different people. I would 100% recommend adding the lunch option: the food was delicious and it was honestly an experience. We also got to taste loads of wine and find out about different wine making techniques. We’d initially only booked this tour with Gamarjoba Tours (@gamarjobageorgiatours on insta) but ended up going with them for all our trips.

It was an excellent experience, This guys are super professional and friendly. If are thinking about yo go to a tour go with them you won’t regret. I met some really nice people in the tour. We went dinner together and lunch next day . We are still in touch. So you never know you may meet someone and make friends that will last a life time .

Best parts of this tour? The first stop to see bread being baked in a clay oven (and eating the bread with cheese and wine). Opting for the included lunch, which was super fabulous. Seeing the "Great Wall" of Georgia. And the wine tasting, of course.

Metro our guide is just a perfect guy... i rexommend this tour
