Full description
Explore the beautiful natural landscape of Israel on this tour from Jerusalem. Encounter historical sites, breathtaking views, and rejuvenating atmospheres. After being collected from Davidka Square or the Carta Parking Lot (just outside the Old City) at 7:00 AM, drive towards Masada, a cliff top fortress. This is one of the earliest Jewish symbols of hope, where 96- Jewish rebels held the fort against the Romans for 2 years before choosing the freedom of death over a lifetime of slavery. Here you will have the chance to ride a cable car to the top of the cliffs, taking in the awesome scenery. Afterwards enjoy a hike through the stunning Ein Gedi nature reserve taking in its springs, tumbling waterfalls, and unusual plants and wildlife. Treat your tired feet to a dip in the Dead Sea. Float effortlessly and feel all your troubles soothing away. You can also take a trip to the lowest place on earth and immerse yourself in the therapeutic mud! Once refreshed, informed, and invigorated, drive back to Jerusalem where the tour will end at approximately 4:00 PM.

A Terrific Day Below Sea Level

My wife and I went with our daughter and son-in-law. We were a few minutes late getting to the embarkation point and the bus driver/guide graciously waited for us. The experience was very enjoyable and we had plenty of time at each location on the tour to do everything we wanted to do. We definitely plan to book future tours with this same company. It was a terrific day.

The Very Best of my Israeli Experiences

First the 'not so good news' the final instruction said we needed a passport (NOT needed) and a towel (which you kindly provided) From that point on my day was amazing. Haim was a brilliant guide and driver and the time at all three of stops--just right. I would certainly make this trip again, one day but I think I would try the Haim 3 day tour to Petra in Jordan. I really recommend this tour!

The tour keeps to its word, better not to go to En Gedi on a holiday

The tour was good. However next time I wouldn't choose to take a tour of the dead sea on holidays and weekends, since Ein Gedi is totally overcrowded on those days. Hundreds of tourists and local families are crowded around five little puddles. The comfort level of the bus corresponds to the tour's low cost.
