Join a 3-hour Mole-making workshop at 10:30 AM from Monday - Saturday. Start with a visit to the local market, where you’ll be able to select and buy the ingredients for the workshop. Learn about the Mole Poblano making process and the history of Mole from your instructor. Spend time learning to identify the different chilis. Make your Mole with a variety of nuts, spices, and cacao beans. Once you’ve prepared your Mole, put some in a jar to take home with you. Prepare and eat your Mole with rice and chicken or a vegetarian/vegan option.
