We were supposed to meet at Wind View cafe which would have given a great view of the Hawamahal but Yash changed the meeting place to in front of the ticket office for Hawamahal. He then made us wait half an hour for two other people to join us. The tour ended an hour later so it was not an hour and half tour. It was a waste of time and money and would not recommend it. Yash was a nice enough fellow and very enthusiastic but we learned nothing we couldn’t have got from google. He also indicated he thought it was a free tour which we found very odd. We presume that you as the tour operator paid him for his services. And that told us he was expecting a tip much more than we would otherwise have paid for an hours walk. Not happy. I look forward to a refund for this waste of our time and money. And I hope that the other four tours that I have booked with your company are better than this one.
