The boat trip was great, but the pick-up bus was late and we had to wait for almost 1 hour after the announced pick-up time. Nice food at the boat lunch, recommend it!

The ferry looked a bit like it hadn't been cleaned from a party the night before and we spent a couple of hours waiting for the ferry to leave. The actual ferry trip was pleasant. I was delighted to see dolphins playing in/just outside the Bosphorus. Once we arrived on Büyükada, the electric car ride tour that is advertised as a part of this trip just didn't happen. The tour operators didn't seem to even be aware that this was something that should be happening. Eventually, one of the staff took us to a line where people were waiting for the electric car rides. The line was so long that it would've taken over two hours to start, by which point we would need to be back on the ferry. So one of the main features of this experience simply isn't organised or viable. Lastly there is hardly any time to actually eat lunch on the 30 min. ride between Büyükada and Heybeliada. The trip felt barely organised; when both time and money are limited, it's disappointing feel like I have wasted both.
