Istanbul is quite a magical place with so much history and Ali really made it all come alive. He’s an extremely personable and knowledgeable, with a fantastic command of English. He was very flexible with the time and plan, allowing me and sharing his knowledge with a visit to the basilica cistern, in addition to the Hagia Sophia, Hippodrome, Topaki Palace and Blue Mosque (which was unfortunately still under restoration). He also gave a lot of tips as much as a local could, and the agency handled all the logistics seamlessly. Fully recommend the tour and to request for Ali.

We had one day in Istanbul, as a stop on a cruise, but were not interested in another huge group tour with slow moving hordes. We spent our day with Kenan, who was knowledgeable, interesting, and a great guide and companion for the day. Definitely better than a group tour!!

Our guide Ali was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations on how to customize the day for us. He was also flexible to get our needs as well including a stop at our hotel later in the afternoon to drop off our sons who had seen enough. Additionally it’s great to have a guide as you can skip the lines - a couple of attractions had 30-60 minute lines that we quickly passed by. 100% recommend
