With the pocket money we provide you, you buy all the ingredients at the Central Market of Athens(Closed on Sundays, we do our shopping in other traditional shops) like locals. With the help of our professional and experienced cook, you learn how to prepare famous traditional Greek dishes. You savor traditional appetizers, salads & main courses, such as Tzatziki sauce (yogurt, cucumber & garlic dip), Stuffed vine leaves "dolmadakia" , Greek salad, Stuffed vegetables (peppers & tomatoes) & your dessert: Chocolate salami! All prepared by you & served in a cozy restaurant located in the heart of Athens’ Historical Center! Provided: Aprons, gloves & all supplies for the workshop A recipes book Visit to the Athens Central Market & shopping of the ingredients Reserved space for the workshop in a traditional restaurant in the center of Athens Lunch (Main Dish, 2 Appetizers, Salad, Dessert, A Glass of Wine p.p. & Mineral Water) An experienced, educated, certified (efr) & friendly facilitator will be accompanying you to assist you with anything you might need! Discover the Orchard, where there are many fruit trees and olive groves from where the farmer produces the organic oil of the estate and there is a reference to the varieties grown in Zakynthos. Finally, tour an organic vineyard with information on how to cultivate local DOC varieties. Finally, taste delicious wines paired with local snacks. This wine tasting option includes the tasting of 6 different wines accompanied by handmade bread, organic olive oil of our production, cheeses locally accompanied by fig syrup and breadsticks, which are homemade.

The interactive seminar is led by a professional chef who will guide you through the creation of a 5-course menu featuring dishes from the Ionian Islands. During the seminar, you'll learn about the characteristics of Greek cuisine, including the use of olive oil, fresh herbs, and seasonal ingredients. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in the hands-on practice and create your own recipe alongside the chef.
