What people are saying about Ionian Islands

The highlight of our stop in Athens. Stam is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He was not only a great host but also an informative fountain of knowledge on cooking tips, Greek history, great food puns and restaurant recommendations for the rest of our trip. This was a wonderful way to meet fellow travelers and it was such a friendly atmosphere at a beautiful rooftop kitchen and bar with an Acropolis view. The food we made was exquisite and we ate it all together.

Rena was amazing! The class was beyond what I was expecting. She kept everyone engaged with each other and it really felt like a group of friends coming together preparing dinner. She even stayed and enjoyed the food with us. I loved it and the option to purchase beverages (wine, coffee, soda, etc) throughout.

A great experience! The guided trip to the market is a great way to explore. We made 5 different foods, and had plenty of time to enjoy our fresh meal. Cooking with Thanasis is a joy; a relaxed atmosphere and he is knowledgeable about the dishes. I highly recommend!

Started with an informative and lovely tour of Corfu town, followed by a sumptuous meal that included the best Greek salad we had while in Corfu (and we made it!). Plus, some darling kittens gamboling around the villa. What could be better?

A wonderful experience largely due to the knowledgeable, funny and warm host. A highlight of our stay.
