Very convenient pick-up point a stone's throw from the metro stop, in front of the Opera building Passes that are very convenient for any activity, even for museums that you decide to see at the last second, are certainly included. Advised

It would be better if you could redeem the pass directly instead of exchanging it at the customer center. We had to look for the customer center itself. But otherwise everything went great. Not all sights are accessible without queuing.

We had a great tour with our guide, who was super knowledgeable and had lots of interesting stories to tell about the history of Vienna and todays life. We got a very good overview over the inner city and enjoyed the walk very much,
