We booked this trip based on the reviews. The pick-up from our hotel also worked smoothly. The team consists of several people who are all very nice. The boss himself speaks fluent German, the rest English. Free very professional massage on board. Dare!! What you can save (although the team can't do anything about it) is Orange Bay. Equipment on board is great. Likewise the cleanliness and the equipment of the ship. We were only about 20 guests and therefore no mass processing. You can tell that this provider lives from the satisfaction of the guests and the added value of it. A lot is done to ensure satisfaction. I would book again! The trip is worth the money!!
