We booked independently from our hotel, Fort Arabesque, we were instantly contacted by the tour company via Whatsapp to finalise arrangements and confirm collection times. Our English speaking guide met us at the Hotel reception on time. The vehicle was comfortable and the drivers very competent. Our tour had two German person, one Romanian person and ourselves (3). We had two guides, our Mohammed Zidan a scholar of archaeology from Cairo University and there was also a German speaking guide for the German couple. The itinerary was packed but was done in a way that didn't feel rushed, there was a lovely combination of guided tour and free time. Lunch was good, and we didn't end up with an stomach upsets, which is a first for a visit to Luxor for me. We bypassed queues maximising our time at the points of interest.
Trip was great. Value for the money well worth it. good organised, the guide was friendly. the only small negative is the price they ask at the end to get the photos from the camera man.. 40€ which to me was too pricey so I didn't take it, although the camera man was very nice and took some good pictures.
