What people are saying about Houmt Souk

Mohammed and Ismael were very nice, had a lot of patience when we shopped. Always waited for us. Everyone should do this tour on Djerba you can see the whole island. With the private jeep you can stop at any time and take photos. Mohammed told and always closed Every place to visit has the story to do with it. He speaks very good German. A super beautiful island with many highlights, great tour. I can recommend it to everyone.

Had a nice and educational day around the island thanks to Monji the driver and guide Moana. Highlights of the day were Djerbahood with colorful graffitis, decorated entrance doors, cafes, and artist run small stores, and Houmt Souk. Note the main synagogue is closed on Saturdays.

The tour guide was very patient and knowledgeable. His English was excellent, and both he and the driver were very personable. He gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner too. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly and local guide as well as the driver gave you an insight into the island that we would never have gotten on our own, highly recommended!

Both the owner of Depart Travel Services and our guide for the day were amazing! We learned so much and had a GREAT time!
