First thing, I was very disappointed that the dock was not operating so no tour groups could go to the Arizona. I understand there was no "fault" but I think we should have been notified in advance to possibly make other plans. On the bright side, Chelsea was a very nice and knowledgeable guide.

Chelsea was our driver and she did a great job! She sent a really helpful text to help us find the trolley stop and it really made the trip go smoothly. She told our group lots of interesting Hawaiian facts and stories and kept us entertained. She also gave us great instructions at the museum and made it a memorable trip. I was lucky enough to spend the day with my son and we had a terrific time!

The memorial itself was outstanding. The bus was late, no accommodation for the mobile but disabled causing long walks that could have been avoided. Driver was okay, tour of Honolulu predominantly back streets and listening to stories about the driver’s life. We took a cab back because mom couldn’t walk all the way to the distant parking lot where the bus was. Pricey for what it was.
