I would highly recommend to anyone interested in food. It was great to learn from Trang how to behave in the market, to find out more about the ingredients and then to be able to process them into 4 exciting dishes. Everyone makes all 4 dishes themselves according to instructions, which was very important to me. At the end you get a recipe book. Cooking is easy, a lot is already prepared/pre-cut! The basket boat ride is also nice, but cooking alone would have been enough for me :)

We had a great time at the lantern making class and food tour, such good value for money! The lantern making staff were so patient and helpful, and the lanterns fold down once you’ve finished so you can take them home! We had so much amazing traditional Vietnamese food on the food tour, Dif was very knowledgeable and super friendly, it was great to learn about all the foods and the Vietnamese culture! I would highly recommend doing this tour!

This cooking class was super interesting and I really enjoyed participating in it! I discovered lots of flavors and another way of cooking. I can't wait to reproduce the recipes at home because we leave the course with a little book of the recipes we cooked. I highly recommend this cooking class!
