This was a very nice cooking class. We really liked that we bought all of the ingredients together at the local market. Then we took the bicycle to a local farm where we could see how they cultivate different herbs. Now we finally know how Asian basil smells and tastes like. We were always wondering what this is in the summer rolls we don’t know. :) The cooking lesson itself was really good. Our chef was strict with us but we appreciated it. Sometimes we felt like we were a little bit in a hurry. The chef could slow down just a little bit. Lunch was amazing- a cute little table by the river. Very idyllic. A big plus was the massage - just a very good idea to make time pass by more quickly while the chef prepared everything for the cooking class.
Great Guide, had a lot of fun trying to catch some crabs, amazing food. would definately do it again!
