Meet your guide at Main square of McLeod ganj market (meeting Point) and will take you location where the hike will start as per scheduled pick up time. Walk through the mixed forest of oak, rhododendron and deodar trees. The trail is well marked all the way up to Triund. From McLeod Ganj it is 3/4 hours steep ascent to Triund. Small tea shops on the way can provide good refreshments. Triund is an alpine meadow situates atop a flat ridge with fine views of peaks of Dhauladhars on one side an Kangra valley on the other side. After light lunch at Triund start descending to McLeod Ganj. Take the same route on the way back or follow the grassy ridge which will lead to Bhagsu Nag Temple, after crossing a small waterfall on the way. McLeod Ganj is only 1.5 Km from the Bhagsu Nag by road. When the tour ends, you will return to original meeting point. Day 1: Delhi – Manali (overnight Volvo bus)- After you arrive in Delhi, (you are required to reach Kashmiri Gate on your own), you will board the overnight Volvo bus to Manali. (Manali is located at a distance of around 553 km from Delhi). Enjoy an overnight journey in a Volvo bus. Day 2: Manali Sightseeing- Upon reaching Manali, check in at the hotel and complete all the check-in formalities at 12 noon. Enjoy your breakfast. Relax for some time and after getting refreshed, head out for sightseeing in Manali. The places you will visit include Hadimba Devi Temple. This ancient cave temple possesses an imposing structure. Built by Maharaja Bahadur Singh in 1553, it's a four-storied wooden structure with a tower reaching up to 24m high. You will also visit the Manu Temple, which is dedicated to Sage Manu, believed to be the creator of all the universe, and the Vashisht Temple, whose waters are said to possess healing properties. You can spend the evening at your own leisure. Afterward, return to the hotel for an overnight stay. Day 3: Manali – Atal Tunnel-Solang Valley– Manali- After breakfast go for a tour of Solang Valley during the day. There you can enjoy many sports. (at your own expense) and then proceed to the Atal Tunnel. This tunnel is one of the highest tunnels in the world situated at an altitude of 3000 meters above sea level. Brajreshwari Devi Temple,A legend says that after Goddess Sati sacrificed herself in the honor of Lord Shiva in her Fathers Yagya. Shiva took her body on his shoulder and started Tandav. In order to stop him from destroying the world Lord Vishnu divided the body of Sati into 51 parts with his Chakra. The left breast of Sati fell at this spot, thus making it a Shakti Peeth.The original temple was built by the Pandavas at the time of Mahabharatha.
