1. From Dubrovnik: Mostar Coffee and Food Workshop

Discover the cultural wonders of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina on a full-day trip from Dubrovnik. The journey begins with pickup from Dubrovnik and heads along the coast, passing by Mokošica, Trsteno, and Slano. Turn inland and travel through Zavala, Ravno, Ljubinje, and Stolac before arriving in the beautiful city of Mostar. Take a guided tour of the town center, learn about its rich history, and see important landmarks and monuments as well as hidden gems. After the walking tour, learn how to make a traditional bread known as Somun. Next, visit a cozy coffee shop and discover how to prepare Bosnian coffee. For those who aren't coffee lovers, there are plenty of tasty mountain teas and fresh juices to enjoy instead. After working up an appetite in the workshops, head to a local restaurant for a delicious mixed platter of traditional dishes. At around 4:30 PM begin the return journey back to Dubrovnik, stopping for a 30-minute break in the medieval town of Počitelj along the way. Here, stroll around the charming streets, try freshly-squeezed pomegranate juice, and even take a 15-minute hike up to the fortress. Mostar, Medjugorje, and Karavice: Farm To Table Tour

3. Mostar, Medjugorje, and Karavice: Farm To Table Tour

Day 1: • Mostar to Medjugorje on the Trebižat River • Boat ride with Lunch The world-famous Stari Most, meaning 'old bridge,' is Mostar's indisputable visual focus. Its pale stone arch magnificently captures the golden glow of sunset or the tasteful evening floodlighting. The bridge's swooping stone arch was originally built between 1557 and 1566 on the orders of Suleyman the Magnificent. The Trebižat river is therefore the perfect setting for a relaxing boat ride in a traditional wooden boat. You'll see nature's best from the banks, hear about the old customs and traditions, all while having a drink. The pristine aquifer waters of the Trebizat River is home to brown trout and crabs, and during the summer months you're more than welcome to go for a swim. After the ride, enjoy a local lunch with many homemade delicacies. • The boat ride season runs from April 1 to November 1 Day 2:  • Hands on culinary tour Dating from the Roman times, the Ljubuski field has been a rich bread basket for the region. As a special treat, join a local family on a hands on culinary tour, which starts at the fields where you can pick the organically grown crops, and later take part in the cooking experience. Menus vary from traditional pies, for which you can roll your own dough, to the acclaimed iron dome Peka roast. All this food is complimented with rich side dishes, salads, and homemade brandies and wines.
