We were originally assigned a Guide, who became unavailable on very short notice, but "Get-Your-Guide promptly matched us with a different American-Born Guide, Jordyn, who was most competent, knowledgeable, articulate, & enthusiastic, Jordyn created from "from scratch," an itinerary that closely followed our wishes. We were unfamiliar with Tokyo, surprised at the city's enormity spread over such a large area. Although our desires were overly ambitious, Jordyn rose to the occasion with an exemplary tour of a city she so clearly loves. It was a bonus to have a guide that communicated well, listened well, & was so motivated to please us. Thank-you, Jordyn, for an outstanding, action-packed tour of a most wonderful city!

Giovanni is an excellent guide who provided us with helpful insight into Tokyo. In additon to showing us the highlights of numerous neighboroods on our tour, he also gave us excellebt suggestions for the remainder of our stay. Also, the hands on tutorial of the subway system is invaluable for a first time Tomyo tourist.

It was great—I just wish I had booked a longer tour! Our guide, Royce, was really informative and took the time to explain lots that I might not have even noticed. He also got my kids (6, 10 and 12) to sample takoyaki filled with octopus, which they loved and which I would not have thought to try.

The tour was insightful with some hidden Architecture that architects would appreciate. Hal was amazing, she explained the story behind the building very well. Anyone who is passionate about architecture should try this tour.

We had a wonderful tour provided by Noriko! She was so well-informed about the city and everything that we were interested in. It was a very pleasant day! We are using your tour again this weekend in Kyoto! Many thanks again!
