    An absolute life saver! My flight was one of the last for the day, I was met by the driver with my name clearly printed on a sign as I collected my bag. A swift drive into Hanoi to my Air B&B (which was difficult to find) in Hoan Kiem. The wonderful driver was persistent as we went through the tiny streets, late in the evening, in the rain. He made sure I found the lock box for the keys and then went on his way. I couldn’t have done it without him.
