The manufacture of mats, made from green rush in traditional workshops, is also an essential item of this city. You can take the road to Hammamet for a guided tour of the Medina, built in front of the sea with magnificent views of the rooftops. Later, discover the villa of George Sebastian, built in a pure Arab-Andalusian style on the 1920s. This villa housed Romanian artist G. Sebastian and his wife, a wealthy American. The villa is built in front of the sea and surrounded by a park teeming with magnificent trees and rare species of a prolific orchard and an open-air orangery. After pickup from your hotel, start your tour with a visit to the Archeological Museum of Nabeul. Also know as Neapolis in ancient times, the city of Nabeul was founded in the 5th century BC. The Archeological Museum was renovated in 2003, and although it is only the size of a house, it boasts an amazing collection of mosaics and other rare specimens from various archaeological sites in the region of Cape Bon. Next, head to Kelibiya to explore the fortress of Kelibia, one of the most important monuments of Cape Bon. This historic fortress is built on a massive rock 150 meters high. It is the largest and best-preserved Muslim fortress in Tunisia. You’ll also stop at the nearby port of Kelibia, the fourth largest fishing port in Tunisia and enjoy spectacular views of the fortress from there. Then discover the ruins of Kerkouane, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, before continuing on to Ghar el Kebir, to visit the caves of Haouaria. These artificial caves were dug by prisoners and slaves under the authority of the Carthaginians and Romans. The blocks of stone that were extracted were shipped by sea to Carthage, on the other side of the Gulf of Tunis. Near the end of the tour, enjoy a hike along the Ras ed-Ddar 393 meters above Cape Bon. From the summit marvel at an extraordinary view that extends all the way to Sicily on a clear day. Finally, visit the hot natural baths of Korbous before heading back to your hotel.

After you have been picked up, you will arrive at La Daurade, a superb restaurant and guest house located at the tip of Tunisia close to Italy.  You will then transfer by boat to discover one of the most beautiful caves on the Tunisian coast. There are also sandy beaches and rugged reliefs, sumptuous coves and steep cliffs. You will then transfer from the beach of Haouaria and be dropped at the bottom of a creek near huge caves. It's a landscape that's quite different to most of Tunisia. The water is crystal clear and you will be able to discover the dazzling seabed below. Lunch is provided for you. A starter of grilled sardines with tabouna bread will be prepared on a coal fire, lit in the hollow of a rock. These carefully marinated sardines take on an unequalled flavor. Depart Hammamet for Sidi Bou Said, a UNESCO World Heritage Site situated on the Gulf of Tunis. Discover this world-famous location, said to reflect the delicacy of its inhabitants through its architecture.  The village boasts an almost-perfect balance between its two symbolic colors, blue and white. The small Bordj, which sheltered the Mourabitounes in the 9th century, has stretched over the centuries to be transformed into a village sheltering the noblemen of Tunisia. Discover the Palace nejma ezahra, the luxurious residence that Baron Rodolphe d'Erlanger built at the beginning of the 20th century. Between its paintings and musical instruments from the 20s and 30s, it is a masterpiece in the true sense of the word Visit Dar Alaïa; situated at the peak of the hill of the mythical village of Sidi Bou Saïd, it is an exhibition-tribute to the great Tunisian couturier Ezzedine alai. Depart then to visit Carthage and discover its exciting story through the ruins and a visit to the American Cemetery. The cemetery consists of a few acres of grass, flowers, and a wide variety of century-old trees that are the resting place of the 3,000 soldiers who gave their lives during the Second World War.

Day 1: Tunis/Hammamet/Sousse - Kairouan - Gafsa- Tozeur Get picked up from your accommodation and head to Kairouan, the holy city. Visit the famous mosque of Okbaa Ibn Nafaa, the mausoleum of Sidi Sahbi, and Aghlabide's Basins before continuing on to the Roman ruins of Sufetula. After touring the archeological site and having lunch, head to Tozeur, known as the oasis paradise. Stroll through the alleys of the old medina before checking in to a 5-star hotel for the night. Dinner Day 2 : Tozeur - Jeep 4x4 - Oasis Tour Head out in the morning to discover the incredible mountain oases of the area. Make a first stop at the village of Chebika, famous for its water source that springs from the side of the mountain. Afterwards, visit the gorgeous Tamerza Waterfall and the Mides Canyons. Journey over the sand dunes, through the old rally track, and cross the salt lake of Chott El Gharsa to reach the famous village of Mos Espa where much of the Star Wars movies were shot. Take in the intense colors of the sunset and enjoy a walk in the Mos Espa village before getting back to the hotel for dinner and overnight. Day 3: Tozeur - city tour - Optional Quad tour or Bedouine night or Spa and relax Breakfast and we will make city tour of Tozeur and free time. Optioanla you can go on a quad tour in the dunes. Day 4 : Tozeur - Chott Djerid - Douz - Matmata - El Jem - Tunis Leave Tozeur early in the morning and head to the salt lake of Chott Djerid, the largest salt lake in Northern Africa. Stop to admire the sunrise and see the first rays of sunshine land on a layer of salt stretching as far as the eye can see. Continue to Douz, the gateway to the desert where you will have time to take a camel-ride. Next stop is Matmata, an ancient troglodyte village. Visit a local host and enjoy a cup of rosemary tea served with olive oil and honey to tide you over until lunch. Stop for lunch on your way to the amphitheater of El Jem, an impressive Roman monument that rivals the Roman Colosseum. After touring the amphitheater, get returned to Tunis or Hammamet or Sousse
