All in all it was amazing. As we were only 4 guests, it felt like a private tour. Our tourguide was really nice. Five stars for her! Sadly I had to remove one star as the busdriver was a grumpy man. He didn‘t wanted to accept our mobile tickets and had no idea how to handle a qr code. Also his driving style was rather frightening.

The driver Gerd was rather unfriendly! You had to discuss with him first that he would let us ride with him, since he said that if we could not show our booking in print, we were not allowed to ride with him. But the description says exactly that it can also be done online. It was probably too much effort for him to write down a short booking number because he didn't have a barcode scanner. But you shouldn't let the customer feel that, but clarify it with the company.

Against all odds (since the streets were closed off) this was a successful ride

We booked the ride in advance for ten people. Since it was a religious holiday that day some of the streets in Hamburg were closed off, so the driver was forced to improvise a route. The young man who guided the ride faced a similar challenge, and he did a good job entertaining us with anecdotes and his knowledge of the subject. Both of us gifted us with an unforgettable hour and a half.
