What people are saying about Haiku, Hawaii

This excursion is totally worth it. We swam in three waterfalls and saw an additional one on our way back to the bus. I’d estimate at each waterfall, you get about 15 - 20 minutes of swim time. It felt like just enough. Two of the waterfalls were not open to the public and we didn’t really overlap with any other tour groups, so we had them to ourselves. The water in Nov was cold—not unbearable, but it probably shortened how long we spent in the water. We weren’t sure how our seven-year-old child would do, but he loved it. I don’t know if this was intentional, but we were in the same group as another family with younger kids, so that made for a better experience for him. Our guide Shelby was really friendly and knowledgeable. She also took pics of anyone who wanted them at each of the waterfall stops. The lunch was good, nothing fancy but you’re not there for the food! I’m 43, never imagined I’d jump off a cliff into a rainforest pool but I’m so glad I did!

Boyfriend and I had so much fun in this hike! We got to swim in 3 waterfalls and crossed 1 river. In our second waterfall I got to jump from 15ft up into the water below. It was such a thrill! We got to sit and eat our lunch there as well. Best picnic ever! It was such a fun hike! We got to learn about trees, plants and flowers in the area during our walk. We got to eat several edible flowers and a guava straight from the tree. So good! Our guide Dave was amazing! We had so much fun because of him. Hike Maui saved us about 20mins of driving time going to the meet up spot since we are staying near the area of the hike. They suggested to pick us up instead and we really appreciate that. Overall it we had such a blast! Probably the best thing we did in Maui!

Was hesitant after doing the road to Hana and long hikes, but so glad I went!! The hike was good paced and full of knowledge about Maui. Mila was amazing at making sure everyone was comfortable and keeping a good pace we got to visit and extra waterfall! She made sure everyone had all the video, pictures and swimming we wanted before moving on. I couldn’t recommend a better tour.

One of the most fun hiking we have ever done. Jacob was just a great guide and lots of fun.

The tour guide Gail was amazing and very attentive. She’s the best tour guide I’ve ver had.
