1. Polignano a Mare: Stand-Up Paddle Board Sea Cave Trip
We will start our tour with an introductory course for beginners so that you can tackle the hike without difficulty. After that we will start sailing towards the city of Polignano a mare Going to one of the most famous beaches in Italy and that is Lama Monachile. After a short stop, some dives and photos we will begin to explore the caves present in the cliffs.Later we will continue to other caves including Grotta Palazzese and Grotta Ardito where we will stop for diving and photos and then return to Cala Paguro. We will explore the hidden treasures of the Polignanese coast on the sup, starting from Cala Paura and paddling between hidden coves and sea caves, where in ancient times the pirates of the Mediterranean crossed these waters and took refuge in these natural ravines. We will explore Grotta Azzurra, Lama Monachile beach, up to Grotta Ardito and the suggestive Grotta Palazzese. Along the way it will be possible to take a few baths in the crystal clear waters of these magical places. Non-paddling children can participate free of charge if accompanied by an adult on their SUP board.
