Great Barrier Reef

I really enjoyed my trip to green island, however, a glitch on my booking on your behalf, as it wasn’t technically a booking although I paid, so when doing the exchange before we left was highly stressful and took over held hour to find then rebook as it wasn’t anywhere to be found. Even with my booking reference abs payment details, no where. So that was highly stressful and embarrassing. How will your company compensate this mistake on your behalf? As I was very disappointed and won’t be booking under your company in the future unless you show some compensation for my stress not to mention my parents aswell, who were visiting Cairns/port douglas Vanessa
