A little confusing at the commencement, in finding our guide, given the large number of guides who were present. Of course, that is not the fault of our guide, but rather, a somewhat haphazard system. The whole experience within the guided tour was excellent, as we felt that we were really drawn in to the turbulent history of that remarkable place. This was an experience that will long live in our memories.

It was excellent as far as the what we saw. The event Was amazing!! My only disappointment was the guide had to do the entire tour in duel languages. First Spanish then English! She did a great job but i wanted a tour entirely in English. It was confusing and wordy due to two discussions. When a particular language is requested, The tour should be only in the language requested!

Our tour guide Rosario was one of the best tour guide ever. She was informative and at the same time funny, and was providing lot of facts and stories about Palace in an easy way. Palace is really beautiful and you should not miss it. Additionally with this tour you skip all lines (very long one for those without ticket) so it’s really worth.
