In addition to the ornate palaces of the sultans, your guide will take you to see the military fortress for sweeping views of Granada and the surrounding mountains. The Generalife Gardens were a place of leisure for the Moorish rulers of Granada in the 14th century. Admire the stunning site that’s abundant with plants, flowers, and water features. Alternatively, choose the option for the Charles V Palace and Alhambra Surroundings Tour which just includes a visit to the exterior of the Alhambra. Don't worry if you have no ticket you can complete your visit to the amazing Alhambra surroundings accompanied by an official guide.

      Our tour of Alhambra terrific. We had a very small group of only 4 people, so everyone was able to hear and ask questions throughout the tour. Our tour guide, Carmen, was phenomenal! She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Spain and Alhambra, and she spoke very good English. Overall, Carmen was a pleasure to spend the tour with and we’re very happy we had her as our tour guide. We did the 5:00pm tour, which was great because it was less crowded later in the day and the views of Alhambra with the sunset were beautiful. No complaints. We enjoyed every minute.
