Guide Natasha was very knowledgeable and efficient and nice loved the earpiece which enabled you to move away but still hear her. Made it so much more enjoyable as you didn't need to stick to your guide to hear her. The whole tour took 3 hours, and we saw absolutely everything. It was not so busy but I think she would be able to avoid the worst of the log jams even in peak times! She knew the place very well. We were divided into two groups at the beginning, English speaking and Spanish speaking so nonwaiting around for everything to be said twice.

It was very good. When i was searching for tours, I hesitated to take a tour with a guide. But for Alhambra it was the best decision to have a guide. The palace is too big and you may not know where to go and history of it. Only thing i was not pleased is they tell much more things in Spanish but not much in English. The tours can be divided into groups of just English or just Spanish.

I did the tour with Natascha as guide. She was excellent and fluently switched languages to provide information for both English -and Spanish speaking members of the group. She had excellent knowledge of the Alhambra and was very attentive. The tour was greatly timed including breaks.
