The audio tour was good, clearly marked with numbers. But it was pretty stupid that there wasn't a good signposting where to leave the pram at the Nasrid Palace. It was clear that he couldn't go in there. We took the pannier with us, but we were told inside that we weren't allowed to take it. Only a simple baby carrier is allowed. That should have been better signposted. Or more clearly defined in advance. So watch out with babies/toddlers.

Most beautiful site I have visited to date. Great to arrive early and have early tickets to Nasrid. The audio guides were perfect for us and our nine year old as we could dip in and out of the info as we felt like. Note that eating is forbidden around most of the complex and there are rare vending machine stops. Feed your small people before you go! 12/10

Bought tickets a day in advance with audio. Quick confirmation from get your guide and through a local agent we would get the tickets. Still not received the next morning. I think that's what! But I call the number in Spain and I got a good english speaking lady on the phone. Within 5 minutes I had the tickets via the app. At the Alhambra there is a separate desk for audio distribution. You get a phone with a key cord. There are a number of places in the Alhambra where you must show your admission ticket. If you entered your passport number when applying, it is a matter of showing your passport. This will be scanned and you can continue. At the sights there is an audio sign with a number. You enter this number into the telephone and you will receive the information spoken in the desired language. A very nice way to walk your own way, but also to get to know the interesting facts of the Alhabra. The time is up to you.
