You’ll visit the Fragonard perfume factory, and have a chance to explore the cobblestone streets of the Old Town. Absolutely amazing tour. Our guide was super friendly and made sure we had a wonderful experience. My family of 2 adults and 2 grown children took their tour with anthony while visiting Nice this week- and we are so glad we did. Anthony was exceedingly knowledgeable and personable. He made the day so enjoyable and tailored the trip towards our interests. During the drive from city to city he shared a wealth of local information. He also shared many suggestions for the remainder of our stay in Nice regarding things to do and places to eat. The city of Gordon was especially interesting and offered amazing views of the countryside as well as some unique shopping opportunities. I would highly recommend this tour and especially anthony! You will definitely not regret it.

Enjoy a day trip in Provence, where you'll be guided around some of the area's most famous countryside attractions. Arrive in the morning in Cannes and walk the famous Croisette Boulevard, by the Film Festival Palace, stopping at designer shops and smart sandy beaches. Then you'll drive through the charming Countryside of Provence to Grasse, world capital of the perfume industry, for a guided tour of a perfumery or you can spend free time visiting the old town. View the Alps, valleys and spectacular coastline from the amazing perched medieval village of Gourdon. After lunch, you can wind down with the charming Loup Gorges. Finish-up in St Paul de Vence, the 2nd most visited village in France, home of impressionist painters, with ancient cobblestone lanes, ramparts and art galleries.

Thoroughly enjoyed it; although, I would have liked more time in Cannes. We really only had about 35 minutes there - not enough to time to venture off from our drop off point, directly in front of the theatre. Plus, it was early and nothing was open. The stop at the perfume factory was nice for me, but my husband was not in to it. There wasn’t anything worth buying (in my opinion) - I found the scents too strong and nauseating. But, I now know how “they” make their perfumes, colognes, etc. The rest of the tour was amazing and certainly makes up for the first part of the tour. Overall, I would recommend it as it was good to get away from crowded Nice.
