Your guide will first take you to Fontaine de Vaucluse, a beautiful village located by the river Sorgue. Walk up to its spring – one of the biggest in Europe. Next, stop at Sénanque Abbey and take as many pictures as you want of this majestic 12th century Abbey which is surrounded by lavender fields. Finally, your guide will take you to the Pont du Gard. After listening to historical comments, discover the famous Roman aqueduct and walk around to find your best photo spot. At around 18:30 the tour will head back to your original departure point.

This tour gave us a very good overview of the beautiful Provence region. The commentary and local knowledge of our guide Nicolas was excellent and helped us to understand the ulture, history and geography of the region. He was extremely helpful and courteous througout. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.
