From Tanunda, we’ll head to the beautiful Turkey Flat Vineyards, a family-owned winery with a proud history dating back to 1847. Here, you’ll enjoy a structured tasting session followed by an incredible regional platter lunch made up of local meats, fresh breads, cheeses, pâté, and an assortment of delights. This is the perfect meal to savor during a day of wine tasting, with special dietary needs catered for to ensure everyone is included. After lunch, we’ll make our way to Menglers Hill, where you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the valley. This is the ideal spot to reflect on where you've been and where you’re heading next. Our third cellar door is a gem exclusive to Taste the Barossa: the stunning Rosenvale Vineyards, owned by the sixth-generation Rozenwieg family. The palpable passion of the hosts invites you to indulge in a sensational wine tasting experience. This picture-perfect setting enhances the delight as you taste wines produced from the very vines that surround you—world-class is an understatement! Finally, enjoy a scenic drive through Seppeltsfield, where you'll have the opportunity to snap a photo of the iconic Date Palms. Learn about their fascinating origin and the legacy of Seppeltsfield. As we make our way back to Adelaide CBD, sit back, listen to some relaxing music, and take in the stunning scenery, or perhaps close your eyes for a quick nap. We expect to arrive back around 5:30 PM, concluding your perfect Barossa adventure. Embark on a guided tour to the historic village of Hahndorf and Barossa valley from Adelaide. Immerse yourself into the culture of the area with guided winery visits, wine tastings, and lunch. After morning pickup from Adelaide and Glenelg, head towards the Barossa Valley to discover the region’s charming villages, vineyards, and German heritage. Your last stop will be at Hahndorf, one of the most important German settlements in the region. Wander through the town and be charmed by its quaint 19th-century architecture. Up next, take a scenic drive through the Barossa Valley, where you’ll stop in Lyndoch at the Kies Winery. Famed for its prolific production, enjoy a wine tasting alongside lunch at this family-run vineyard. With your palate piqued, head to more wineries and a chocolate factory, capping things off at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop. Return to your accommodation in Adelaide just in time to reflect on the sights and tastes of the day over dinner.

Spend your vacation doing something unique and unforgettable on an excursion that takes you out into the waters, and swim alongside wild dolphins. On this 3.5-hour tour, you are guaranteed to see dolphins, which are one of the Earth’s most fascinating and curious creatures. Meet at the Holdfast Shores Marina in Glenelg, a mere 15 minutes outside of Adelaide. From there, board the 'Temptation', a 58-foot colossal sailing catamaran. As the boat cruises, experience the beauty of Australia's southern coastline. Eventually, come to rest in the waters where the wild dolphins will come to greet you and play in the waters. Don your wetsuit, mask, and snorkel, and take the plunge into the waters. Experience the breathtaking moment when you see dolphins underwater for the first time. Watch and listen; their grace and playfulness is stunning and the sounds of their whistles and echo location noises are mesmerizing. Once your adventure comes to an end, you will be taken back to the marina. Spend some time checking out the many restaurants and shops that grace the shoreline.

Enjoy a half-day cruise looking for some of the world’s most delightful creatures, departing from Marina Pier, Holdfast Shores, Glenelg. Dolphins are among the earth’s most curious mammals and you will get up-close-and-personal with the beautiful beasts from the decks of the Temptation catamaran. You will be welcomed on board the 58-foot sailing vessel by an enthusiastic crew. Sometimes you will see your first dolphins within minutes of cruising. They seem to come out of nowhere to play around Temptation’s hulls. But be assured they are not coaxed in any way. These are wild dolphins that simply know the vessel, and know that they are not in any danger. As the gulf is home to over 1,000 common and bottlenose dolphins, the cruise comes with a money-back guarantee of sightings. The dolphins are only just out of reaching distance from the deck, enabling you to capture their playful displays on film. Get picked up from your accommodation in Glenelg at 9 AM or Adelaide at 9:20 – 9:30 AM for a full day of sightseeing around the gorgeous Fleurieu Peninsula.  Enjoy the scenic drive from Adelaide through the Adelaide Hills before arriving in the historic German village of Hanhdorf. Here you can treat yourself to morning tea at the famous Hahndorf Inn (at your cost). Hahndorf has so many things to see and door including the beautiful Antique Clock Museum, opal shop, one of Australia’s best Fudge Shops, and many craft shops, boutiques, bakeries and coffee shops. We spend an hour in the village so there’s plenty of time to explore or just sit and watch the world go by! Travelling onto the coastal town of Goolwa, with a stop at one of South Australia’s most popular surfing beaches before we head towards beautiful Victor Harbor, making sure to look out at Basham Beach in case we see a whale! (which is likely during Whale Season!) Next, explore the seaside town of Victor Harbor where you can visit the Whale Center and Museum. Visit the Whale Centre and Museum, take the optional choice of seeing Granite Island with its fairy penguins or ride the famous horse-drawn tram. Enjoy a seamless experience with lunch included at Café Primo. We take care of everything, so you can relax and enjoy the day. Your last stop of the day will be McLaren Vale, one of Australia's oldest and finest olive, wine, and almond-growing regions. Taste some of the area's best wines, purchase some locally-grown, homemade delicacies before returning back to your accommodation at around 5:30 PM.

Traveling out of the city, we head through picturesque North Adelaide, scattered with stunning Federation architecture and lavish homes. Be sure to have your camera ready because the next stop is a spectacular view of Adelaide from the summit of Mount Lofty. From Mount Lofty, it's on to Hahndorf. The German settlement of Hahndorf is an absolute delight. With its abundance of boutique shops and eateries, there's plenty to explore as you enjoy 2 hours of free time to do whatever you please. Meet the bus back at Bus Stop 54 on the main street of Hahndorf. Time now to sit back and relax as we head to McLaren Vale through the picturesque Adelaide Hills. Savour a mixture of red and white wines as your host walks you through a structured tasting experience. There is also an option to purchase a cheese tasting plate to enjoy (at own cost). Hop back on board for the short drive to our next winery experience but be sure to have your camera poised for some unique photo opportunities on the way. The next wine tasting session of the day is the exquisite Chapel Hill Winery. Enjoy this beautiful and historic Chapel setting steeped in history as your host pours award winning wines for you savour. On the return trip to Adelaide, we'll travel along the scenic coastline and back to Adelaide via the beautiful seaside suburb of Glenelg. There's time for stroll along the seafront to admire views across the open water. Choose to stay in Glenelg, grab dinner, watch the sunset and make your own way back to Adelaide at your leisure, or enjoy your 15 minute stroll, and hop back on the bus and head back to Adelaide.

Get picked up from your Glenelg or Adelaide hotel and begin following the River Torrens through the spectacular Torrens Gorge. Learn about local wineries and sample their wines along the way. Enjoy your choice of six delicious lunch options. Discover the beauty of the Adelaide Hills as you travel along the River Torrens up past Kangaroo Creek Dam and past a chain of ponds to your first stop, Kersbrook Hill Wines & Cider. Then moving ahead to Maggie Beer's Farm where you can wander around and takes the opportunity to explore the farm. Travel onwards over Barossa Reservoir to Williamstown in Southern Barossa and stop at Chateau Yaldara Wines for more tastings and Yaldara Riverside Restaurant for a beautiful lunch. In the afternoon, travel to The Barossa Chocolate Factory, if time permits/ on special request and Kies Family Wines before returning to Adelaide at approximately 5:15 PM.
