My sister and I booked the overnight tour to Mount Ijen and had the most AMAZING time. Everything was incredibly organised from the booking confirmation, organising our hotel pickup all the way to getting us to the hike and bringing us back in one piece. Our driver, Fafa, was so lovely and we had great conversation during the 4 hour car ride. He made sure we got to the ferry safely and that we knew exactly who was picking us up on the other end. Once we arrived in Java, our tour guide was there waiting for us with a huge smile. Fahmi was an absolute legend and we could not have asked for a better tour guide to get us up and down the mountain. Fahmi had great knowledge of the area and let us have plenty of rest breaks on the way up. He went above and beyond to make sure we had some awesome photos and even made us a little video of the best highlights of the trip. Would 1000% recommend booking through this team and having Fafa and Fahmi as your driver and guide. We can’t wait to return!

Definitely worth checking this out if you have a day spare in Bali! We were picked up at 5:45pm and got back the following day at 5pm so prepare for a long day! Arya picked us up and gave us a great tour along the way and found a cozy warung to eat some dinner at before the ferry. Piki met us on East Java and was a lovely guide who took amazing pics for us during the hike and even made a special video of us. The breakfast at the coffee plantation was great and the coffee amazing (as someone from Melbourne it was great coffee). We were pretty wrecked on the way home and Arya once again took us back to the hotel, was great company and very entertaining! The views and scenery from Ijen were top notch and won’t be forgotten

The hike starts at 2am, by dark, and it lasts aprox 5h (3h to go and 2h back). You can rent warm jacket and buy gloves in the coffee shop at the start. This is a very demanding hike (not just a regular walk in the nature), you literally go from stone to stone in the last 30 min.

This trip ended up becoming the memory of a lifetime! It was a lovely experience as everything from hotel transfers to on-site guidance during the trek was very managed very well!

I had a really good experience, our guide Fami was great and really patient with us on the trek and made it really enjoyable.
