Our cooking class in Genoa is the funniest and tastiest way to discover Genoa and its rich culinary tradition. You will be guided in the preparation of traditional recipes from Genoa and Liguria: you will learn 4 traditional recipes to be tasted together with fellow “chefs” straight. Learn how to make the perfect pesto sauce, the classic basil sauce was born in Genoa. You will have the chance to prepare and taste the authentic recipe made of local fresh basil and pine nuts, we ensure it will be the most delicious you'll ever have! Taste Focaccia with cheese, two very thin layers of dough filled with "Stracchino". Make Canestrelli which are handmade biscuits from Torriglia, a small village on the beautiful hills behind Genoa.

    We had an amazing and friendly tour guide & chef. The setting of the cookingclass was also very beautiful, because you can cook in a small local restaurant. The class was very nice itself. You can make delicious food and you can learn a lot about the origin of the food because of the guide.
