Beware the 'open day ticket' it not what it seems.

Yes you can enter at any time you like during opening hours and skip the queues, BUT when you are in you cannot leave and re enter. This ticket; and all tickets; allow one entry only with NO re-admission allowed even on the same day. This is made clear on the premises, BUT this is not made clear on this web site. I will be seeking a refund on the basis of incorrect point of sales information.

Great experience however the place should be avoided at weekends

Avoid weekends as the experience is ruined by the screaming children who bang on the aquarium glass and take pictures with flash. The dolphin show at 14.15 was fantastic however the MC spent more time asking kids to leave room for the trainer to walk around. Overall great setup. The animals seemed quite happy and my favorite has to be the coral reef, I could spend hours there if it weren't for the high pitched distractions!

Some good, some ok. Overall the aquarium is well maintained and staff was friendly. But the price is too high. Large walking tours caused big bottlenecks. The exhibits are interesting. My biggest complaint is the dolphin and manatee enclosures, I feel are cruel for large intelligent mammals. Would be better if they were a rescue and release. Also felt sad to see such a small habitat for the octopus.
