The visit to the glacier: very good; but the driver's guide: zero; no explanation/information; minimal duty; we are still waiting for the tasting of regional products promised in the brochure. In addition, the journey was made with a minibus in very poor condition (no air conditioning and non-existent shock absorbers) given the price of the service it is not commercial Really a shame

It was a beautiful journey with our hero Mr.Z. The places that we visited are like heaven, I recommend people because it combined two things in one package which are the nature and the life in towns. It was unforgettable moments with amazing group of the journey. Thank you very much for making my last day in Switzerland.

The place itself was stunning! However what wasn’t mentioned was that it would take 3 hours to get there. When you arrive we had just 2 hours 15 at the glacier 3000. We booked this due to the other activities on offer as it was between this and Mont Blanc however we got refunded 120 francs as these weren’t available and was summer only. I think we should have been made aware of this when booking in November. The guide was informative but not overly friendly. The food in the restaurant is beyond shocking! Cold, dry overcooked a complete waste of £50! The views however made up for what let it down! Would have been lovely if we had sufficient time up there rather than 2.15 hours of a 10 hour day! 45 mins in Montreux on way home which had nothing going on and not much you’re able to do in a short time.
