The tour was good. Transportation was good and the tour person very helpful. Wasn’t impressed with the service from the restaurant that is included on the tour. Gave us a tiny glass with wine and weren’t very happy to accommodate us a little separated from the group. They should take into consideration that not everyone wants to seat on top of people they just met to enjoy a lunch. Other than that it was good.

Normunds was our tour guide and he was excellent! Very clear instructions on where to meet and what time. He kept track of everyone. He even told stories otw to our destination based on the sights we’d pass by. The tour was not tiring, didn’t feel like rushing too much. I just wish we had more time in Montreaux and Gruyeres. Maybe the tour can extend to an hour.

It is a very complete trip inclufing a marvellous short train ride in the mountains. Gruyéres is a very nice quaint village. The chocolate factory visit was interesting and fun. The only thing I would not recommend was the visit to the cheese factory, not amusing or interesting at all.
