I booked this trip well in advance although the walk was lovely i did have a bad experience with the booking when i arrived did not get the pick up point the day before and had to try to contact the tour operators but could not get in touch which left me feeling anxious so in the end contacted yourself and you got it sorted otherwise i don’t think we would have been picked up at all so i won’t be booking so far in advance again

Wow what a fantastic day tour with the wonderful Julia. We really enjoyed the lovely hike along the Levada. Julia was so knowledgeable giving us lots of information about the various trees, plants and the ancient levada system of carrying water to the island. It is so evident Julia has a passion for her job and is an excellent tour guide. The hike was easy with beautiful views and I would highly recommend this trip. Thanks Dee Claire and Suzanne

The experience was nice, the weather had lot of changes so if you willing to take the hike make sure you dressed up warm. I wasn’t delighted about our driver but our guide was excellent and funny. He took us up and down the valley safely but also giving a lot of information about the nature around us. Highly recommend this experience, the hike , the waterfalls and the tunnel as end.
