This tour is a good way to see the populated parts and also the wilder nature side of the island. The guide also made many stops in different bars/cafes to get a coffee or poncha. You can get a 3-course lunch in a local restaurant and there was so much food we couldn't even finish everything. If I get the chance I'll get another tour from them.

Best tour I’ve ever done!! We had a great time. Our guide Jose made the day unforgetable. He showed us great spots for photos and his driving skills are unique. We had a perfect group and had a lot of fun together. Totally recommend this tour to everyone who likes a little of adrenalin!!! We actually had a flat tire, just in the beginning of the day but it was fixed within 20minutes and the tour could continue.

We had a fabulous day out in the 4x4 with Jose as our guide. We learnt loads about the flora and fauna of Madeira We went to spectacular viewing spots - great for photos. It was thrilling going off road, up very narrow lanes, very steep hills, lots of sharp bends and very very bumpy - definite bone rattler How Jose can drive and talk in two languages explaining things to us is beyond me. Such skill. Jose was very friendly, funny and above all good at his job. Excellent experience which I would thoroughly recommend to others. Thank you
