What people are saying about Fujinomiya

If you are in a large group, renting a private van will be much better than hiring the tours separately. This was the best price I found and I have nothing to complain about: the driver spoke basic English and was very attentive, he even took care to stop as close as possible to the attractions due to my mother's difficulty in walking. Did the combined script: Mt Fuji Visitor Center, 5th Station, Lake Kawaguchiko. It was great and very peaceful, we did the tours at our own pace without stress.

An excellent day

This was a really good day trip and totally enjoyable. We were able to see the 3 things we set out to see/do (Mt. Fuji, Hot Spa Bath, Hakone Ropeway). Our driver was very helpful and pleasant, drove very well and though he had very limited English (and our Japanese is non-existent) we were able to converse with the use of a translator app and signs. I'd recommend doing this, although it is expensive for small parties like ours.

It was an almost perfect day for the tour. We had an informative guide who was very pleasant and accommodating. At our request he brought us to a restaurant that served a delicious lunch. And he brought us to a few vantage points from where we had the best views of the majestic mountain.

Like a private taxi

It's a pity that the driver wasn't a real guide able to speak English. Anyway he was really gentle and helpful. A very flexible way to maximize the time invested in the tour.

We had an enjoyable day tour.

My family enjoyed the tour. The driver was so nice and he drove carefully. We liked the places we visited.
