Following pick-up from your resort in Fuerteventura (available from Corralejo and Castillo/Caleta de Fuste), journey to the port at Corralejo and board the express ferry to sail to Playa Blanca on the neighboring island of Lanzarote. Travel above deck and feel the sea breeze on the open-air journey. Upon arrival, get a welcome from your guide and board a comfortable, air-conditioned coach to drive to Timanfaya National Park. Enter the volcanic landscape of the island's southwest and travel across volcanic soil to marvel at the dormant volcano and other geothermal attractions of the park. Continue to the wine region of La Geria to take a look at the unique circular vineyards and sample some of the local wine. Gaze in awe at the extraordinary sight of vineyards covered in black volcanic ash! Then, go to an aloe vera museum to learn more about the health properties of the local crop. Drive along the scenic south coast to visit the green lagoon of Charco de los Clicos and see its majestic cliffs. Return to port at Playa Blanca for the return boat journey to Corralejo, where you can avail of the transfer back to your resort according to your booking.

A bus will pick you up from your holiday resort in Fuerteventura to take you to the north at Corralejo, where you will board the first Lineas Romero Ferry of the day. After the pick-up at your hotel on Lanzarote you will drive to Playa Blanca, past the villages of Uga and Yaiza, to the southernmost resort of the island. Here you will board the modern Fred Olsen Express catamaran ferry, which will take you past Lobos Island to Corralejo in just 25 minutes. You will also have enough time to enjoy a Café con Leche (milk coffee) and take a few photos of the stunning coastline of Lanzarote and Lobos Island. After arriving in Corralejo you will have 5 hours of free time. The modern center with its many shops and cafes is just a stone’s throw away. The cafes and restaurants along the promenade will tempt you to stop for delicious tapas or a drink whilst the nearby beach invites you to a refreshing swim in the turquoise sea. The dunes of Corralejo are easily accessible by public bus or a short taxi ride. South of Corralejo, the dune area of the national park (Parque Natural de las Dunas de Corralejo) extends to approximately 11 kilometers in length. The beach offers fantastic views of Lobos Island and is made from particularly bright and fine sand. Afterwards you will return to the ferry, which will take you back to Lanzarote.

Once you have been collected from your accommodation, you will make your way to the tour starting point. The excursion starts at the base of the crater and along a serpentine path upwards, the track eventually arrives to the edge of the crater of the volcano Montaña de Escanfraga. Walking along the path known as the "camel route", you will reach the highest point of the volcano, which is the highest in Fuerteventura. You can challenge yourself on the adventurous climb up the edge of the volcano to the highest point, rewarding yourself with stunning views over large parts of Fuerteventura. As you hike you will learn how the elders used this volcano to survive by taking advantage of the rain for the cultivation of grains. At the conclusion of your experience, you will be returned back to your accommodation.
