The bus was clean. Driver was friendly. BUT...the person verifying our voucher was horrible!! The way she spoke was very rude and unfriendly. She didn't want to give us 3 maps even when we told her we paid for 3 tickets. In short, she does not represent your company well. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but we ride the 11:00 bus at the Dom.

The city tour was ok, although unfortunately you didn't always have the opportunity to get off at the stations because the bus didn't stop or it wasn't told which station was the next one. So you drove past the attraction before you could get out. Sitting on the upper deck was also a bit adventurous, as some of the trees hung so low that you could get knocked over your ears. At one point I was lucky enough to avoid a branch that would otherwise have hit me directly in the face.

We just had a days tour. We do find it good to be on the bus to see areas We couldn't have seen by foot. Kids were saying mama that is like New York 😃 laughs 😃 The fact that one has the opportunity to drive many times although we drove once , was a good tip. We recommend it to : )
