Be dazzled by the narrow streets of this neighborhood and with a São João Baptista church on top of it. There will still be time to stroll along the Atlantic, Brazil and Montevideo avenues until you reach the Gonçalves Zarco Square (rotunda do Castelo do Queijo). Here we can see Matosinhos Beach in the distance, famous for surfing, in fact, it is known as one of the best beaches in the north of Portugal for beginners. We go over the viaduct, above Parque da Cidade until Praça Cidade do S. Salvador (rotunda da Anémona), we continue and make our way to the beach. On the way back there will still be time to stop at a special viewpoint, and have a beautiful panoramic view of the Douro River estuary, with the natural reserve and the left bank.
