Captain Jen and Captain John were knowlegable, delightful, fun. It was relaxing, educational. Captain John took pics so we didn't have to and sent the link to our email. They had a playlist of relaxing, grooving music in the background. Captain Jen gave great information about certain locations and birds...but the perfect amount (not over-talking or under talking). We would do this again in a heartbeat...probably the same plus a sunset cruise as well!

We loved the experience. The staff was all extremely pleasant and helpful. Very informative. My 9 year old was a bit scared at first and our trainer was so kind and patient for her to get comfortable. She really made the experience pleasant. I believe her name was Katrina. The experience meeting chinook was great. Such gentle giants. We would definitely go back.

It was really nice, we got a lot of information and the additional drink packages are at a reasonable price and there is a big variety of drinks.
