    Hop aboard the comfortable bus at a centrally-located meeting point in Florence. Relax on the drive through the Tuscan countryside on the way to Montalcino. Try some world-renowned Brunello wine and stroll through the cellars and museum of a wine estate.

    Hear about the history of this estate which once belonged to the powerful Piccolomini family, whose members included Pope Pius II. Move up to the peak of the town for views of rolling hills, ancient oaks, picturesque olive groves, vineyards, and cypress trees. Continue to Pienza, which stands high upon a hill and dominates the Orcia valley with extraordinary views. Explore the charming streets of this small town at your leisure.

    Head to Montepulciano, home to the famous Vino Nobile vineyards where some of the vampire movie "New Moon" was shot. Sip on some wine while visiting the dungeon where the wine is stored under the ancient walls of the winery. Sample some Pecorino cheese and finally return by bus to Florence.

      El tour arrancó temprano (08am) y terminó aproximadamente a las 19:30hs, el tiempo en cada lugar esta bien diagramado e incluso esta estipulado el tiempo del almuerzo en Pienza, donde hay muy buenos lugares para comer o tomar algo, la cata de vinos fue una muy linda experiencia, más por el hecho de que los vinos de Montalcino y Montepulciano son de buena calidad, el tour es en ingles/español por lo cual la guía traducía todo en ambos idiomas. Los 3 lugares que se visitan son muy lindos, vistas panorámicas hermosas y la guía durante el viaje explica parte de la historia de los lugares así como comidas y productos típicos del lugar, es una experiencia muy recomendable para alguien que quiera desconectarse del bullicio de las zonas más turísticas y disfrutar un día caminando por lugares hermosos, comiendo y probando vinos. Totalmente recomendable!

      Valentina was an excellent host and provided wonderful and warm commentary on the sights. Not a particular fan of red wine but great to try wines that I would never thought to try especially the Brunello wine which was amazing. Loved the slow drive through Val d’Orcia.

      This tour was awesome. If you are looking for a comprehensive tour to Val d’Orcia, this is the tour for you. We visited two fantastic wineries for wine tasting, three beautiful UNESCO listed Tuscan towns with gorgeous photogenic streets and picture perfect views across the valley. Our guide Constantino was very knowledgeable and passionate about his home region. Our driver Bepe manoeuvred the bus around hairpin turns as if he was driving a Ferrari. Overall a brilliant experience, highly recommend!
