The private tour was made extremely enjoyable by a very knowledgeable and helpful guide ... too bad the local tour operator handled the lack of priority entrance with little education; in fact, although the tour, which cost more than 300 euros, had priority entry, we had half an hour of unspoken queue and, to our polite protests, we were told that they had sent a person very soon to get the tickets for we. If we agreed to do the tour anyway it was only out of respect for the guide. We actually just wanted to be informed so that we could choose.

Excellent tour

We enjoyed this tour. The gardens are charming and also offer some great panoramic views. The palace is the richest decorated museum we have seen in Florence - a real pleasure to see it. A special mention for our guide Valentina - a very professional and also a charming person.

For punctuality and professionalism of the guide we should have chosen excellence, but since at the entrance of Palazzo Pitti we learned of the free entrance chosen for day 5 by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, we opted for a discreet evaluation since you have embezzled 50 euros from us. I hope this money will be returned to the credit card used to purchase the guided tour. Thanks Maurizio Soru
