      Very bad service Nothing recommended

      We had to stand in line and pay the entrance again. We went directly to the museum because we did not find the meeting point and when we arrived there and despite being at the door in advance at the time of entry, the guide did not allow us to take the guided tour and the organization also did not admit giving us tickets WITHOUT A GUIDE to the next day. We feel cheated and cheated. An organization would have to have unforeseen events that may arise and have solutions planned. Nothing recommended this organization. Better to get tickets directly with the museum website.

      The English speaking guide made a distracted impression. Everything looked very chaotic. The hop on, hop off bus did not arrive at the agreed meeting point despite the 1.5 hour waiting time. The staff was not competent

      Unfortunately, not all headphone plugs worked on the bus.

      It is tedious if you always have to change places to find a working plug. (So you have the opportunity to switch at all. The tour of the Uffizi was great after the initial chaos.
