No problem exchanging the vouchers and getting in. However there were no refreshments or water to buy in the building which was difficult as we had come straight from the station on a blazing hot day. The palace was splendid. We had some difficulty matching the rooms on the video guide with what we were seeing, but we are not very techie. Allow 2-3 hours to see it all properly

The entrance is a bit confusing but you just have to walk past the queue. They are all very helpful there! Important note, you really have to put your backpack in a safe there. Handbag with small bottle is ok. In general it can be said that during the week it wasn't that crowded, you can see everything closely. We had our tickets for 11:30am and got there almost an hour early. Since it was pretty empty, we were allowed in earlier. THAT is not a matter of course! The museum is just gorgeous. Especially the blankets! Dante's mask was the highlight for me. Unfortunately, the globe has been renovated.
