Our guide Marco was very friendly and open-minded. He told us a lot about Florence. We had just arrived in Florence so it was a good first overview. Marco answered all questions at any time, so the tour was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the visit was limited to a very small area and ended very abruptly, 25 minutes earlier than expected, on the Ponte Veccio. Nevertheless, I can recommend the guided tour for a first impression of Florence.

The tour was interesting and very detailed in numbers and art. We did not go to nor was anything mentioned about Ponte Vecchio or Duomo. We were about 10 people and the guide was very friendly (she jumped in last minute). She was showing a few pictures on her booklet as well. I would have wished for a few more fun facts or insider knowledge, though.
