Fantastic tour! Well worth the money for the experience. I’m a person who usually likes to do things by myself but I am SO glad I did the tour. You learn so much you just couldn’t on your own—from history to practical tips. Selvia our guide was amazing! She went above & beyond. After the tour, she helped me with a personal problem like a friend, taking me to a local pharmacy. This is the tour you want! Ask for Selvia!!!

Rosa was a fantastic and very knowledgeable tour guide. The only reason for the 4-star review is that, like others have mentioned, the name and description of the tour are totally misleading. While the description mentions "access" to the Baptistry, the Cathedral and the Museum, we did not enter or have access to those locations. That was disappointing, as I was anticipating access to the museum. Instead, this was a one hour (ish) walking tour of Florence, where we looked at the Baptistry doors from the street, followed by the dome climb.
